the objective of chromaphone is to create a sound palette that enables you to build your own unique instruments. to this end, chromaphone 2 includes four acoustic rooms: a wooden room, a reverberant room, a trumpet room, and an electric piano room. in addition, chromaphone 2 includes two effect zones: a reverb zone and an effect zone. you can use these two effects to simulate various acoustic effects.
chromaphone 2: the acoustic synthesizer offers a large library of sound materials, but the quality of acoustic synthesis does not always correspond to its size. the new chromaphone 3 acoustic rooms allow you to provide your own sound material. the four acoustic rooms allow you to combine four materials from the library and create your own acoustic instrument. add these rooms to the acoustic rooms of chromaphone 2, and you will be able to combine sound materials from the library.
with chromaphone 2, you can save and load presets and you can choose up to four different sounds from the library. chromaphone 2 has a two-page interface. the left page contains the library of sounds and the right page contains information about the sound, such as the room, type of resonance and the available effects.
