 Adobe Photoshop Image CLASS GUIDELINES
You are very important to us. Please read the following guidelines. They will maximize your enjoyment and more importantly, ensure your safety and the safety of others. Remember to try a variety of classes and instructors. Instructors are subject to change without notice. Your input is greatly appreciated.
  • If it is your first class, please introduce yourself to the instructor so they can pass on helpful suggestion that will increase your comfort level and ensure a successful first workout.
  • If you are  pregnant, taking medication or have any medical problems or concerns that may affect your performance in class, please notify the instructor.
  • If at any time during class you begin to feel dizzy, nauseous, or extreme fatigue, please alert the instructor so they may assist you.
  • Please try to arrive to class on time. Warm-ups are very important! If a class is in session, feel free to join in after a brief warm-up. Always drink plenty o water before, during and after class!
  • Have a great work out!
